IanMars University is a program that seeks to improve employees’ skills and work performance by taking them through intensive work and soft skills training and placing them into specific skill-practice programs. The program works with employers to attract and develop the best talent. To further talent development, we provide recruitment services, graduate training management, staff mentorship, career coaching and succession planning services.
