Dr. Elsa is a data-powered, smart telemedicine and health service that aims to improve the national state of health through affordable, inclusive, and high quality access to health expertise. We do this by supporting care providers in making diagnoses through smart insights (powered by data and Artificial Intelligence) and delivering health services directly to patients through a telemedicine platform. Dr. Elsa uses Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to support healthcare providers in making diagnoses, developing disease outbreak prediction models, and better understanding their patients.The platform is delivered through a mobile or web application to community health workers in the village or district levels, and allows the health worker to collect data of the patient, receive insights that support the diagnosis of the patient, and stores patient health records in a secure file that can be accessed any time.
